Grand opening of the Polar Bear Cafe!

We are very excited to announce the grand opening of our very first Polar Bear Cafe! Located in the Welcome Centre, this small cafe will be serving fresh, locally made food every day of the week.
The opportunity for a cafe arose this year as a result of a staffing shortage. A lack of summer students made it impossible for us to run Nanook's Snack Shack, which is located in the Heritage Village, adjacent to the Polar Bear Habitat. To ensure that we continued to meet the needs of our visitors, we had to come up with a solution. After putting out a request for proposals, we received a fantastic offer from the Compass Group, who also manage the food services at the local Cadence Residence. The chefs at the Cadence Residence, looking to support the Polar Bear Habitat, have kindly agreed to provide us with fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads and cookies, on top of their regular duties.
We will also be offering a variety of drinks and other snacks, which guests can enjoy whilst sitting and watching the bears on the live stream cameras or admiring the art on our walls. We also have picnic tables on our outdoor patio and around the facility for people to enjoy.
Thank you to the Compass Group, and to the staff and chefs at the Candence Residence for your support in developing this exciting new partnership. We look forward to seeing this project grow and to continue providing our visitors a fun, educational and tasty day out! The Polar Bear Cafe is open 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm.

Những ngày hè oi bức ở Hà Nội thật sự rất khó chịu, nên mình hay xem Thời tiết Hà Nội hôm nay trên trang này để biết thời điểm nắng gắt nhất trong ngày. Website hiển thị nhiệt độ cảm nhận và chỉ số UV khá rõ ràng, giúp mình chủ động hạn chế ra ngoài vào khung giờ nóng cao điểm và chuẩn bị nước uống đầy đủ hơn.
This is such a great idea for improving the visitor experience at the Polar Bear Cafe, especially with fresh local food available all week. It actually makes me think about how little breaks like this are perfect for unwinding during free time, sometimes I just hop on something simple like Geometry Dash Lite to relax and switch off for a bit. Simple games like that really make downtime feel fun and stress-free.
Thanks to a partnership with the Compass Group and the chefs at Cadence Residence, guests can enjoy sandwiches, wraps, salads, and sweet treats during their visit. After a day of exploring wildlife exhibits, it's fun to switch gears with a quick game of Baseball Bros, where fast reflexes and competitive action provide a different kind of entertainment.
