Camping at The Habitat
The Cochrane Bear Habitat offers on-site camping just steps from the Welcome Centre's front doors. We offer a number of sites suitable for tents, campers, and RV's.
Please check-in at the Welcome Centre on arrival. If you arrive after we close, you may set up in the designated area and check-in during regular business hours.

Camp Site Details
COST: $25 per night + tax
FIRES: due to the local fire ban, open fires are not permitted. Propane BBQs and gas stoves are allowed.
POWER: all sites are unpowered but quiet generators are permitted.
WATER: potable water is available in the Welcome Centre. If you require a large amount of water, please speak with our guest services team.
DOGS: dogs are permitted within the camping area and the Welcome Centre building, but must be kept on a leash at all times. At no time should dogs be allowed to approach the enclosure fencing.
WASHROOMS: the only washrooms available to campers are in the Welcome Centre building which is open from 9am - 5pm.
DUMPING: at this time, the dumping station is closed until further notice.
