We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Bear Store. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with a valid receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be provided.

Gift receipts qualify for exchange or store credit only.

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or discounted items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund upon inspection.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

Fill out the form and reason for return, including pictures if the item is damaged or defective.

We will send you return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
