Get a birds eye view of the bears from a private walkway above our Arctic Enclosure.
Service Description
Photography enthusiasts can enjoy a unique view of the bears without windows or fencing obscuring their lenses. NOTE: • If you wish to book an alternate tour time on your desired day, please contact us. • To access the private walkway a steep ladder must be climbed. For safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not permitted on the walkway. Please contact us before booking if you have any accessibility concerns. Availability: Year round Duration: maximum 30 minutes Tour Capacity: up to 4 people Age Requirements: 12 years and older
Tour Experience Policy
As always, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of the bears during these sessions, but can guarantee you a safe, immersive and once in a lifetime experience. All experiences must be booked at least 48hrs in advance. Daily admission is included in the price of each additional experience. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Experience. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the scheduled Experience will receive a full refund. Contact us to arrange. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled Experience are non-refundable. If you fail to attend the Experience (no-show), no refund will be issued.
